Our Mission

Aid and educate mankind through economic and community development programs that stimulate our economy through home ownership and employment while significantly impacting positive changes to the social and economic structures of our state and local communities.

Our Vision

We will provide viable innovative solutions to preserve and expand homeownership by partnering with financial institutions.

The economic situation that many families are facing with homeownership has increased and so has the need for solutions. Vacant homes can drive the value of neighborhood property down. In order to help preserve the value of properties and educate our communities Alpha 2000 Community Development, Inc. will employ volunteers and/or business partners at reduced rates to renovate and clean up properties, to provide affordable, equitable and safe homeownership, provide legal, tax, financial and credit support while providing education and creating lasting visible changes in the community and preserving the value of properties in a neighborhood.

Our Charter (filed October 1, 1999) reads as follows:

This corporation is a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation and is organized to aid mankind through Economic and Community Development Programs. The corporation is organized under the Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation Laws. The programs will consist of Economic Development Programs, but shall not be limited to: Homelessness, Health Care, Child Care, Youth at Risk, Tutorial, Land Acquisition, Housing, Job Training, Counseling, Employment, Telemarketing, helping Under-Privileged Children, Assisting other Non-Profit Organizations in providing food, clothing and finances to those in need, and other support programs to aid those in need.
